Gentle practical support that helps older patients feel settled, heard, and less alone.
Bridging distance. Holding hearts.
Hospital concierge support for patients and loved ones who need calm, trusted help inside Kenya's hospitals.
Care shaped by real experience.
Nurture Guide was born from a firsthand understanding of the emotional weight that comes with a hospital stay. We are here to make every care journey more connected, more compassionate, and more reassuring.
We provide trusted non-clinical patient support inside Kenya's hospitals, and we keep approved loved ones informed so they stay present wherever they are. By bridging the gap between patients, families, and the people caring for them, we bring comfort, clarity, and peace of mind in the moments that matter most.
Talk to usPractical support through every step.
From bedside support and family updates to admission and discharge coordination, we handle the non-clinical details, so patients receive compassionate attention and families stay informed.
Support for sensitive hospital moments.
We provide customised, discreet support for complex or sensitive hospital stays, balancing hospital guidelines with each patient's own preferences and their family's need to stay informed.
Support arranged by someone you trust.
Support is shaped around the patient's choices. We act only on their authorisation to involve and inform the people they choose, whether or not those people are immediate family.
When professional and family commitments limit your availability, we bridge the gap, providing a dedicated presence at the bedside whenever you cannot be there.
Different time zone, same worry. You get a named person at the bedside and a clear picture of the day.
You do not have to be next of kin to be the one who shows up. We take instruction from whoever the patient has approved.
A new city and an unfamiliar hospital system. Someone local goes through it with you.
A non-clinical layer your ward can hand practical tasks to, so your staff stay on care.
You decide what support you want and who hears about it. Some things stay between you and us.
Every arrangement is made with the patient's direct consent and delivered within each hospital's standards and rules.
One message is all it takes to begin.

Our concierges are prepared for hospital navigation, family communication, personal effects, and clear escalation.

Structured escalation
If a patient's situation changes, we alert hospital staff immediately and notify the family contacts the patient has approved.
Clear answers, before you commit.
These cover the questions we hear most, but every situation is different. If your answer is not here, message us and we will be glad to help.
No. Nurture Guide is non-clinical. We do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or administer medication, and we do not take over any part of the hospital's clinical work. Our role is practical support around the care your hospital team provides.
No. We work inside hospitals only. Where a patient is being discharged we can help coordinate the paperwork, essentials, and transport arrangements, but we do not provide care at home.
A named concierge, introduced to you before or on arrival, so you always know who is with the patient. Each concierge is interviewed, reference checked, and trained for hospital settings before their first assignment, and carries Nurture Guide identification.
It depends on the hospital, the time of day, and concierge availability. Every message is answered the same day, and we will tell you honestly when someone can be there rather than promise a time we cannot keep.
Rates depend on the hospital location, the type of support, the hours needed, and how long the arrangement runs. We share a clear quote once we understand the situation, before anything begins. You are never charged for the first conversation.
Hospital bookings, deposits, and bills are paid from the patient's own funds or payment method. Nurture Guide does not finance them. Where we are asked to pay something on the patient's behalf, we agree the amount first and hand over the receipt.
Only the people the patient has approved. We agree that list at the start and we do not share updates with anyone outside it, including relatives, employers, or whoever arranged the support.
That is the patient's decision and we follow it. An adult patient can arrange support directly and choose who hears anything at all. Some arrangements stay entirely between the patient and us.
Yes. We work within each hospital's rules on visiting, access, and what a non-clinical attendant may do. Some wards restrict access or set specific hours. We confirm what is possible and tell you before we start.
Support can be arranged across Kenya, depending on hospital location, the patient's needs, and concierge availability. Tell us the hospital and we will confirm quickly whether we can cover it.
Not directly, and we do not bill insurers. We can help organise insurance paperwork, hospital forms, and billing follow-ups so that cover is not delayed by missing documents.
Clinical emergencies are for the hospital team, and our concierge alerts them immediately. We then notify your approved contacts and stay with the practical side, so no one is left guessing.
Tell us what the patient needs.
No obligation, and no charge for the first conversation. We reply the same day.
